I am basing this off of my personal experience and what has worked for me so I thought I would share it with you. ————————————————————————– Here are the supplements that you should start taking when you are able to get into a regular workout regiment. If you aren’t going to to be doing it on a regular basis then these things would be a waste...

The Effect of Friedrich Nietzsche’s “The Birth of Tragedy” on Mark Rothko

Posted by Brent in blog on 11 16th, 2012 | No Comments
The Effect of Friedrich Nietzsche’s “The Birth of Tragedy” on Mark Rothko This is a paper I wrote in 2008 which is about the Apollonian and Dionysian forces and the rolls they played in the work of my favorite Color-field artist Mark Rothko.    Mark Rothko believed that the art of children and the work of modern painters were directly related. They were related because of their influence of “primitive” art.  According to Rothko, it “transforms itself into primitivism, which is only the child producing a mimicry of himself.” (Jeffery Weiss 2000) He also observed...

Facebook Profile Picture Hack

Posted by Brent in blog on 12 29th, 2010 | No Comments
Facebook Profile Picture Hack I just tried this new facebook hack for my profile pic and it works pretty well! It isn’t very hard to do, and even easier if you have enough knowledge of Adobe Photoshop to take a screen shot,  slice, cut, and make new images. There are however a few set-backs when using this.
